- Developing a Requirements Management Plan and disseminating the Plan to all stakeholders.
- Identifying and documenting all business, technical, product and process requirements (such as database, operations procedures, business requirements and its correlation with management).
- Working with the client (attorneys) to prioritize and rationalize the requirements.
- Consult with attorneys, management, and employees and evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
