The applicant is a postdoctorate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His work involves studying cross-coupling reactions mediated by Palladium and is applicable in pharmacological research. His NIW was filed in January 2011 and was approved in April 2011.
He obtained his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Universty of Pennsylvania August 2009. He has several pieces in scientific journals and is a member of a number of professional associations.
4) Profile: Microbiology
The applicant is a microbiologist. Her NIW was filed in May 2010 and was approved in August 2010.
She holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Virology and Microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh. Her work has been featured in scientific articles and she is a member of professional associations related to her field.
H1-B
1) Applicant has a bachelor's degree. H1-B is approved in 20 days without Request for Evidence (RFE).
2) Applicant obtained a bachelor's degree from South Korea. His H-1B approval is received after 8 days. He already received the H-1B visa in South Korea.

EB-2
