投资移民

投资移民是美国政府为了吸引外资，提高就业率，活跃美国市场经济而推出的一种移民政策。基本要求若下：

  1. 在美国成立一家个人投资公司，到位资金要求50万或100万。具体资金要求
    视不同地区而异。
  2. 申请人必须出示文件证明投资资金是合法所得，比如个人年度报税证明文件，
    等。\
  3. 递交移民申请时 （I-526）所需资金必须到位，公司已经初步开展业务，部分
    设备已经购买，行之有效的公司运作规划已经制定。
  4. 若一切正常，申请5个月左右能等到批准。其时，全家包括21岁以下的子女
    均可拿到临时绿卡，有效期为二年。
  5. 拿到临时绿卡以后21个月时可提出永久绿卡申请 (I-829)。其时公司必须已经  
    雇有至少10名全职员工。投资者家属可以在公司工作，但不记10名员工数。
    员 工指的是可合法打工者。
  6. 递交永久绿卡申请时，所要提供的公司文件包括年度报税表，员工季度收入
    表，生意发票，合同，员工合法打工证明文件 （公民纸，绿卡，工卡等）等其他文件。

美国每年有大约1万个投资移民绿卡名额。而近年来每年却只有500个不到申请。大量名额无人使用。因此，只要弄通具体要求，切实运作公司，认真准备文件，得到投资移民绿卡并非难事。
