跨国公司经理如何办理绿卡

L-1签证的持有人只要符合要求即可申请绿卡，随行来美的配偶以及未满21岁的子女可以同时调整身份，取得永久绿卡。L-1申请绿卡属于第一优先第三类。目前第一优先全世界有名额，I-140 和 I-485 可同时递交。若愿意，也可同时递交工卡（I-765) 和回美证 (I-131)申请，费用不另收。

申请的条件是，美国公司成立已满一年，公司约有7-8名雇员，年收入有80万上下（具体要求视公司业务性质而定），公司业务运作正常，美国公司与海外公司的母子关系依然存在，即可提出移民申请。申请所要求递交的证明文件包括美国公司与海外公司的营业执照，报税文件，资产负债表，公司结构图，办公室租约，内外景照片等。除此以外，受益人还要提供文件证明个人情况，如：工作证明，职务调派证明，学历证明，护照等等。

申请批准后，所领取的绿卡是永久绿卡。所以说，L-1签证虽然要求专业性很强，但只要弄通具体要求，认真准备文件，是不失为一个赴美快捷、有效、费用低的好办法。
