Chief Executive Officer
Blaine Johnson worked with the Law Offices of Scott Warmuth as a consultant for the past dozen years before joining the firm as Chief Executive Officer in 2010. In this role, Mr. Johnson is responsible for management of personnel, systems and budget as well as strategic planning. He has an extensive background in organizational and project management including positions in the media, real estate development, general contracting, urban planning and port services. He has served as Executive Director of the Washington State Horse Racing Commission and is President of Passages Partnership, Inc., a development firm. Mr. Johnson, who majored in journalism at Western Washington University, has lectured for collegiate and professional courses on business, media and real estate. He has received civic awards for community development and national awards as an author. A native of Seattle, Washington, Mr. Johnson and his wife, Catherine, have three adult children and two grandchildren.
